SUMMIT:

SUMMIT is the largest pillar less conference hall available in Dalhousie. Summit has been designed at the crest of Hotel Grand View to ensure no disturbance to the participants during the meetings. Summit is well equipped with Central Heating for the comfort of the participants & is a feature especially appreciated during the Autumn & Winter seasons. Ideal indoor temperatures are maintained from end September to mid April, even in peak winter season when temperatures are 0 to 5 C. Temperature inside the Summit Conference hall is maintained from 22 to 25 C for the comfort of participants.

Summit is also air cooled. Summit over the year has become a preferred Banquet hall for product launches especially in exhibiting Retail & Consumer products in various fields such as textiles ( suiting's), electronics etc. Summit is an ideal venue for Power Point presentations.

Yoga Sessions can be organized at SUMMIT ( Indoor), VIEW POINT (Open Air) as per the requirement. Summit opens on to a terrace called VIEW POINT (1600 sq. ft.). The open air terrace is designed for the participants of Summit to enjoy a panoramic view of the Pir Panjal Himalayan Range & the valley during the session breaks. Summit is totally Wi-Fi enable. Summit is well equipped with state of the art, audio visual aids, which include audio system with collar, cordless, stand microphones, 2 LCD Projectors with compatibility to use 2 screens, OHP with screen, podium, white board, flip chart, pointer, conference kits & stationery.

CAPACITY:

- THEATRE STYLE SUMMIT can accommodate 325 to 350 participants.

- U SHAPE SUMMIT can easily accommodate 90 to 110 participants.

- CLASS ROOM/ CLUSTER SITTINGS at the Summit hall can easily accommodate 200 participants.

TIFFINS:

TIFFINS is in the Imperial block of Grand View Hotel. Set in the British Era Architecture & Rich contemporary interiors. Tiffins is a multipurpose Banquet area which can provide a perfect venue for meetings of 70 to 100 participants.

- TIFFINS can accommodate 100 participants in THEATRE STYLE.

- U SHAPE TIFFINS can accommodate 40 participants.

- CLASS ROOM TIFFINS can accommodate 80 participants.

Grand View Hotel has a terrace lawn called GARDEN PARTY, an open air terrace called the VIEW POINT both facing the best view of the Himalayan Mountains. Grand View Hotel has the largest fine dining restaurant in Dalhousie with a sitting capacity of 130. In addition, the fine dining restaurant also has a bar.
